OxiGeo 0.2.4 fixes three real user-filed issues — GeoPackage overflow-page cells (#17), GDAL's fractional VRT SrcRect/DstRect values (#18), and VRT mosaic nodata-skip compositing (#19) — plus a new buffered sync-over-fetch driver that makes the browser COG viewer work end to end for the first time, and two large embedded EPSG registry correctness passes.
OxiProj 0.1.5 is a correctness release for the EPSG authority (proj.db) coordinate path: twelve defects — from a 3.28x-oversized ellipsoid to a 380 m operation-selection miss — found and fixed against the Homebrew PROJ 9.7.0 oracle, every number measured, not derived. 2,855 tests passing, 0 failing.
OxiProj 0.1.0 debuts: a 100% Pure-Rust replacement for proj-sys / PROJ. A near-complete port of PROJ 9.8.0 with ~197 projections, full Karney geodesics, ISO-19111 CRS, the EPSG proj.db via oxisql-sqlite-compat, and 1345 passing tests — no C, no FFI.
