OxiGIS 0.1.0 is a full desktop and browser GIS application with zero C/C++/Fortran FFI in its default features: wgpu tile rendering (COG, XYZ, MVT, PMTiles), a built-in EPSG registry with complete Japanese coverage, vector editing, and PDF print — one source tree, a native binary and a WASM bundle.
